When an inspector uses a videoscope first time, he or she needs to finish a base operation training before inspection job. Take JEET T51X series videoscope as an example.
1.Takes the videoscope out of instrument case, the inspector needs to hold the joystick on one hand, and takes the tube on the other hand, especially take lightly and put lightly to the probe lens located at the end of tube. Uses clean cotton cloth to clean the lens to make sure the lens is clear.
2.After preparation, puts the probe inside the internal of the target inspected object, and then adjusts the Illuminance of LED, based on the inspected object, adjust the direction of probe. After the adjustment of direction, continue to put the probe into the internal of the object, when finds out the flaws, it needs to lock the direction to see the flaws more clearly.
3. Furthermore, after find out the flaws, the inspector can set the lock nut behind the equipment, fix and lock the location of the probe, take photos and video to save the detects or flaw photo as a file in order to look back again. JEET F series and TS Series videoscope also offer photo drawing, noting, and editing function.
4. In the process of inspection, if the tube or probe gets stuck, or there is a obstacle blocked, do not pull the tube or probe in force out of the inspected object, it needs to adjust the direction, clear obstacle, and make the tube enter and out of the object free. The tube is easy broken need to well protected as there is a lot of internal data cables. If the data cable is broken, the videoscope does not work.
After finish inspection, it needs to clean the probe lens, and puts the probe lens back to the protector. Every component is moved needs to placed originally in the instrument case.
